From our Talk Listen Share Learn & Educate Group

4 oz unsweetened coconut, oat, or almond milk (can make your own)

4 oz cold, filtered water

1/4 cup frozen organic berries (blueberries, raspberries, black berries, strawberries)

2 scoops protein powder (whey, pumpkin, pea, hemp, vegan-non-soy) about 14-20 grams protein

1 scoop greens powder (I use either NanoGreens or LWC Green Goodness)

1- 1 ½ cups (large handful) Organic Power Greens salad mix (Trader Joes/Sprouts/Costco)

1-2 tbsp chia seeds/ flax seeds/ or sesame seeds

3- 4 ice cubes to thicken smoothie (optional)

1- 2 tsp ground cinnamon to taste

1 rib of organic celery

1 organic carrot

1 tbsp MCT or coconut oil

* You can optionally add your morning supplements into this mix as well.  Empty capsules into smoothie mix before whipping it up. I put in my collagen powder, branch chain amino acid powder, Vit D3 liquid as well.

* Note: A Vitamix, Ninja or Nutribullet type of mixer is quick, convenient and perfect for the job.
